E-mail Use Notification
IFS will never initiate through e-mail a request for you to verify or provide us with your personal or confidential information. IFS may send out client reminders by e-mail but they will never ask for or require your personal information.
If you feel any e-mail correspondence you have received from IFS, or claiming to be from IFS, may be a spoof e-mail or you are unsure of its authenticity, please call us during business hours at 1-800-565-1153 and do not respond to the e-mail.
Please Report Spoof E-mail by Forwarding It to: spoof@ifs-finance.com
Reporting Spoof E-mails is as easy as 1-2-3
If you have any doubt whether an e-mail is really from IFS, here's how to report it:
- Forward the message to spoof@ifs-finance.com.
- Don't alter the subject line or forward the message as an attachment - doing so prevents us from investigating it further.
- Once you have forwarded the e-mail, you can then delete it from your e-mail account
By reporting spoof e-mails to IFS, you help us protect the rest of our customers by warning others and working with the ISPs to get the sites disabled.
