To assist you in providing immediate pricing to your client, we provide you with numerous methods of quoting. You can call us on our toll free number and receive immediate pricing from 8:30AM to 7:00PM Atlantic Time, you can send us a fax or electronic mail or for that matter you can use regular mail. We can even provide you with user-friendly software and an online contract generator that can be used to generate a quote and contract from your own computer.

IFS Financial Services Inc. is committed to serving the broker. Once a contract has been formalized, we will issue a cheque or make a deposit directly into your bank account; in most cases within 48 hours. We have not forgotten your clients either. We make it as easy as possible for them to remit their payments. Payments can be made through most Canadian charted banks, by providing post- dated cheques, by establishing a pre-authorized payment plan, or through internet banking and phone payment services of most chartered banks. Payments can even be made at our office with cash or debit.

Inevitably though, there will come a time when a client can not make a payment. This situation can become extremely embarrassing if it is not handled correctly. When this occurs, we will inform you, in advance, of any action that we will be taking. This ensures that a good client does not become upset due to unknown circumstances.
