Online Additional Processing
Additionals can now be processed using our Online Account Browser. This feature simplifies the processing of Additional Premiums (Debit Endorsements).
How does it work?
Once you login to your Online Account Browser and look up an account, a new green button labelled “Additional Quote” will show next to each policy that fits our criteria for a possible additional. If you click on this button, a window opens and asks for the following:
- Broker’s Name
- Amount of Additional
- Tax
- Effective Date
Once the above is filled in, click on the Request Quote button and a printable contact will appear. You can print this screen, sign the contract, and send it to IFS. The program will indicate whether a down payment or a customer signature is required.
What are the limitations?
- We cannot process additionals under $100.00
- We cannot process additionals with less than 3 payments remaining.
